At the center of our open kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef’s Max Lappe and Jacques Varon, sits our wood-burning hearth fed by local Post Oak logs. Many of our dishes are kissed by the fire, imparting a smoky depth of flavor and highlighting the beauty of each ingredient in its essence. We source the finest local ingredients from primarily Texas farms and vendors such as Steelbow Farms, Plant It Forward, Zero Point Organics among others.
